1. Introduction
Welcome to Craftedge World Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website and associated services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
2. Courses and Content
Upon successful registration and payment, users are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access course materials (“Course Content”) solely for personal, non-commercial use.
Any reproduction, redistribution, sharing, or public display of the Course Content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and immediate suspension of access
Enrollment & Admission : Students must provide true, accurate, and complete information during the admission process. Incomplete, false, or misleading information may result in rejection, disqualification, or termination from the course.
Conduct & Discipline : Students must follow all rules regarding attendance, behavior, and online/offline classes. CEWA may terminate enrollment for misconduct, absenteeism, or inappropriate behavior
3. Payment & Fees
Fees must be paid as per the payment schedule through approved modes (online transfer, debit/credit card, demand draft, NEFT/RTGS, or EMI via recognized partners).
Registration and admission fees are non-refundable after batch start. Short-term course and test fees are non-refundable.
4. Placement Policy
Craftedge World Academy (CEWA) is committed to supporting students in building successful careers through structured placement.
Placement Support
CEWA provides placement, not guaranteed employment.
Students who successfully complete their respective course modules and comply with CEWA’s conduct and attendance policies are eligible for placement.
CEWA collaborates with industry partners, recruiters, and hiring agencies to facilitate job interviews, internships, and employment opportunities.
Student Responsibilities
The student must actively participate in interview preparation sessions, mock interviews, and career counseling provided by CEWA.
The student must appear for all scheduled interviews arranged by CEWA.
If a student misses two consecutive interviews or rejects job offers without valid reason, CEWA’s obligation to provide further placement will cease.
CEWA’s Liability
CEWA’s responsibility is limited to facilitating interviews and providing industry exposure.
CEWA shall not be held liable for the student’s performance in interviews, job offers, compensation, or subsequent employment-related disputes with any employer.
Upon successful placement of a student, CEWA’s responsibility toward that student shall be considered fulfilled in entirety.
5. Intellectual Property : All course content, study material, and intellectual property belong to CEWA. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.
6. User Obligations
By using the Platform, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful registration and personal details
Use the Course Content strictly for personal learning
Not engage in any act that harms the integrity, security, or performance of the Platform
7. Refunds
Any refund for the course fee shall be processed in accordance with Craftedge’s applicable policies and subject to approval by the management.
Refunds are processed only through online transfer/NEFT to the student’s account. CEWA is not responsible for delays due to incorrect bank details.
Refund eligibility may extend in cases where CEWA fails to provide placement opportunities within one year, subject to course completion, attendance, and participation criteria.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Platform, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
CEWA is not liable for personal injury, property loss, or external service failures (accommodation, transportation, hostel, or third-party facilities).
Force Majeure events (pandemic, natural disaster, government restrictions) may lead to changes in course schedule or mode without refunds.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Indian law.
Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be referred to arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. Updates & Changes
CEWA reserves the right to modify courses, schedules, fees, and terms without prior notice.
